What is the Gamercraft Loyalty Program?

The Gamercraft Loyalty Program rewards you for your activity on the platform. You earn Gamercraft Credits (GC) based on your deposits and key milestones, which you can redeem for various rewards.

How do I earn Gamercraft Credits?

You earn 1 GC for:

  • Every $1 you deposit to your Gamercraft account

What's the value of Gamercraft Credits?

1 GC = 1¢ in redemption value. For example, 500 GC = $5 in tournament tickets, gift cards, or bonus cash.

Is there a minimum amount of GC I need to redeem?

No minimum is required except for the lowest denomination of the reward you're choosing (like the minimum tournament entry fee (25¢) or gift card amount which can be seen in the Store).

Do my Gamercraft Credits expire?

Yes, GC expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Also, credits earned in the previous year can only be used in the first six months of the following year.

Where can I see my GC balance?

Your GC balance is visible in your wallet and in the store section of your account.
