My client crashed

Client Crashes are beyond Gamercraft's control and are not penalized.

  • If your client crashes while drafting:

    1. Communicate the issue immediately to your opponents

    2. Restart the draft and select the exact same champions

      1. Exploiting a disconnection to change champions might result in a DQ

    3. If the issue happens a second time, open a support ticket

I/Teammate disconnected while drafting

We understand that disconnections and client crashes are a possibility, and our rules don't penalize non-intentional disconnections. If you or your opponents disconnect while drafting:

  1. Communicate the issue immediately to your opponents

  2. Restart the draft and select the exact same champions

    1. Exploiting a disconnection to change champions might result in a DQ

  3. If the issue happens a second time, open a support ticket

No-Show / My Opponents Did Not Show Up

If your opponents have not shown up to your lobby:

  1. Option #1: Open a support ticket, submit proof, and referees will declare match results

  2. Option #2: Press the button below to notify admins

My opponents have an incomplete roster or team

Our rules automatically forfeit teams with an incomplete roster. If you're facing a team with an incomplete roster, and the 15-minute timer has expired, press the button below to notify admins

I think someone is cheating / I am facing a smurf

For us, smurfing and account sharing is not just cheating, it's fraud. We take it seriously and we have invested a lot of resources into our anti-cheat systems. So if you think you are experiencing a form of cheating, report it below:

My teammate cannot join the lobby

Our tournament lobbies are locked for the signed-up team roster. Your teammate will only be able to access the lobby with the Summoner Name linked to its Gamercraft account.

  • If your teammate cannot access the lobby via code, invite the summoner to the lobby.

  • If the issue still persists, then the League of Legends integration needs to be updated and your team will not be able to continue the tournament because lobbies are locked at the start.

My opponents paused the game for more than 5 minutes

Each team has a maximum allotted pause time of 5 minutes. Exceeding this limit may result in disqualification from the tournaments.
